We accept most major commercial insurance plans, offer private pay options for those who are out-of-network or prefer not to use insurance, and provide concierge psychiatry services for individuals and families seeking enhanced access and personalized care.

Basic Concierge Package
$900/month
- Up to 2 medication management visits/month

Standard Concierge Package
$1,500/month
- Up to 4 visits/month (medication management or therapy)
- Same-day or next-day scheduling
- Direct access via secure phone/text during business hours
- Monthly care summary report
- Coordination with primary care or specialists
Premium Concierge Package
$2,200/month
- Unlimited visits (based on clinical appropriateness)
- 24/7 direct provider access for urgent needs
- Coordination with family, caregivers, or residential teams
- Priority weekend and evening appointments
- Custom wellness planning (e.g., nutrition, fitness, behavioral strategies)
Cancellation Policy
At Westchester Integrative Psychiatry (WIP), we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure that we can provide timely care to all our patients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
– Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need.
– Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without any notice, will incur a fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled session. Please note that insurance companies typically do not reimburse for missed appointments; therefore, this fee will be the patient’s responsibility.
– Exceptions: We recognize that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. In such cases, please contact our office as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We may offer a one-time courtesy waiver of the cancellation fee within a six-month period, depending on the circumstances.
By adhering to this policy, we aim to maintain the highest standard of care and availability for all our patients.

– We offer superbills upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.
